全港钢琴一等奖获得者,香港浸会大学附属王锦辉中小学的何同学弹奏了一曲《彩云追月》,娴熟的技法令人叹为观止。
Mr. Valentyn, a foreign piano artist from Yin ao School, gave him some guidance and suggestions. They immersed themselves in the atmosphere of artistic creation, communicating and discussing in English.
After continuous refinement under the correct musical guidance of the master, the student played the piece again. The keys seemed to be imbued with soul, and the melodious tune flowed past the ears like a babbling brook,
resembling the sound of gold and jade, shaking people s hearts.
Together, they completed the refinement and interpretation of the piece, which was not just guidance on a piece but also a blending of arts.

BTEC Art Practice Course: Flash Mob and Art Performance
Practice is an important way to test students course learning and a crucial platform for their training, experience, and growth.
This time, Yin ao School combined exhibition themes around the 75th anniversary of the founding of the motherland, linking the three major departments of music, performance, and media.
The flash mob, as one of the exhibition contents, was led by Yin ao music students, singing songs like "I Love You China," "Me and My Motherland," and "Five-Star Red Flag" with students from both sides of the Shenzhen River. These songs,
composed and interpreted by famous Chinese singers for the country,
were performed in harmony using vocal techniques as an important test of BTEC music course practice.
Students and teachers from both sides of the Shenzhen River were also immersed in the deep feelings of national pride under the influence of these songs. The stirring singing echoed between the sky and the earth, accompanied by waving red flags and youthful smiles,
letting teachers and students experience the charming performance of the flash mob practice.
The art performance was one of the richest and most challenging practice courses in Yin ao s BTEC program.
Yin ao School students were not only responsible for the front stage and backstage of this performance but also served as hosts, music performers, and photographers.
This exhibition incorporated multiple practical course concepts. While learning to master techniques and skills, students needed to practice personally to achieve better results.
1. Acting Department Hosting
Two students from Yin ao School s Acting Department hosted the entire exhibition, narrating the content of the exhibition activities in both Cantonese and Mandarin. The students scripts, narration,
articulation, etc., were clear and precise, with well-modulated voices, showcasing the students performance style excellently.
2. Music Department Harmony
Students from Yin ao School s Music Department sang the song "China in the Lights" together, expressing their love for the motherland through uplifting singing. Choir singing, as one of the music course practices, not only allowed students to feel the power of
teamwork but also fullytaught them the importance of harmony, cooperation, and distribution in a formal exhibition.
3. Music Department Ensemble
Principal Su of Yin ao School, along with piano and violin students from the Music Department, performed "Prelude" by Shostakovich. Through classical music melodies,
they interpreted profound ideals and emotions, immersing people s souls in unparalleled tranquility.
Ms. He, a soprano singer from Yin ao School, Eason from the Music Department, and the choir from Wang Jinhui Primary and Secondary School affiliated with Hong Kong Baptist University sang "Me and My Motherland" together. The loud and pleasant singing touched
everyone s heartstrings, resounding throughout the theater and leading all guests and teachers and students to sing along.
5 Media Department Photography and Videography
Students from the Media Department were responsible for capturing behind-the-scenes moments and filming the official performances. Recording is a means of media transmission. It is not only necessary to present every detail of the performance completely but also to ensure sound collection, framing, sightlines, and light selection.
Photography is the first scene presented in a film, requiring Yin ao students to learn and explore in professional
technical practice and apply good scenes to various online media platforms. This form of exhibition provided students with opportunities to exercise video recording and positioning practices while teaching them the importance of capturing good scenes.
6 Shenzhen-Hong Kong School Exhibition Exchange
The exhibition featured various art forms such as piano and violin duets, Chinese and foreign song performances, dance, martial arts, recitation, etc., enriching and diversifying the art exhibition.
The dance "Long River" performed by Shekou Talent Education Group in Shenzhen was like a flowing picture emitting elegant artistic charm, mesmerizing to behold.
The original dance "White Dew Ballad" by Fuyong Middle School in Shenzhen was exquisitely beautiful, graceful as a startled wild goose, gentle as a swimming dragon, and the dancers exquisite movements were admirable.
Singers from Wang Jinhui Primary and Secondary School affiliated with Hong Kong Baptist University performed Portuguese song "Dear Ben" and English song "If I Love You." The melodious tunes left a lasting impression.
The choir from Wang Jinhui Primary and Secondary School brought "The Joy of Snowflakes" and "Me and My Motherland." The loud and pleasant singing touched everyone s heartstrings, resounding throughout the theater, leading all audience members to sing along.
The trio dance "Charming Girls in the Pear Garden" by Wang Jinhui Primary and Secondary School incorporated Peking opera elements into the dance, offering a refreshing experience.
To celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of New China, Hu Shaoqu Memorial Primary School in Shunde United Friendship Association specially arranged "Chinese Dream," combining martial arts and recitation to
promote traditional Chinese culture and fully demonstrate national sentiments and artistic charm.
Children from Yuan an School in Bao an District, Shenzhen, recited the poem "Four Seasons Youth," like dewdrops glistening in the morning light or mountain springs flowing through valleys, nourishing everyone s hearts.
This art exhibition showcased the diversity of youth art performance cultures in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, providing a solid foundation for art exchange and mutual learning between the two places.
Dr. Han Jinfeng, Director of Music and Performing Arts at Wang Jinhui Primary and Secondary School affiliated with Hong Kong Baptist University, stated that today s art exhibition activity built a platform for young people in Hong Kong and Shenzhen to exchange
art and also broadened his school students horizons by experiencing different forms of youth art interpretation in Shenzhen.
